Return Policy
The product orders made in the website dfstore.ie are subjected to returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days since the delivery date without need to explain the reasons for such an act granted that the products were not worn or washed or they have manufacturing and/or fabric flows. Delivery and order processing fees are not reimbursed. Refunds are to be made within 7 business days since receipt of the package from customer.
There are some restrictions as well. Designed for Fitness retail stores do not accept returns of the products purchased in the website dfstore.ie. Purchases made in the DF retail store or from authorized retailer should be returned back to the store.
According to the law: “Protection of consumer rights” — underwear and swimwear are included in the list of goods of appropriate quality and are not subject to exchange or refund.
